FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: complex is provided with transfer docks 4 connected with cantilevers 3 by means of rods 5 and hinges 6 mounted at the ends of portion 1 with side wall 2 which terminate in cantilevers 3. Laid on decks of transfer docks 4 and pontoon 1 are rail tracks which are connected together with cargo trucks placed on them. Pontoon 1 is widened in its middle portion. Deck of pontoon in its widened portion is stepped in cross section forming recesses at the sides which receive rail tracks whose axes are perpendicular to CL of pontoon 1. Mounted on these rail tracks are seat-trucks with tilters fitted on rollers. Each tilter is made of two parts. Each part has two rings: front and rear which are rigidly interconnected. Front rings are provided with hydraulic jacks mounted coaxially. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 12 dwg
