SUBSTANCE: track-laying earth-moving machine has chassis, control cabin installed for turning relative to chassis, bucket and additional working equipment installed on chassis. Additional working equipment has grip member intended for gripping and reliably holding a pole and special telescopic device intended for adjustment of distance between grip member and machine. Adjusting device is connected to grip member and to machine. Telescopic device has fixed guide and two sliding parts. First sliding part moves relative to fixed guide. Second sliding part in travelling position is completely telescoped into first part and it starts extending only after complete extension of first part. Gear train serves to drive first part.
