FIELD: automatically measuring temperature. SUBSTANCE: device has thermal elements, standard resistors, groups of switches, first and second current sources, voltage-to-code converter, operational amplifier, computing unit, indication unit. Temperature measuring process involves six cycles. In each cycle terminals of the thermal elements and standard resistors sequentially and pairwise alternatively are connected respectively to the first and second current sources and input of voltage-to-code converter and operational amplifier with the aid of groups of switches. Code values from the converter output are applied to the computer unit for processing measurement results according to predetermined relationships. The results of measuring temperature and temperature difference are represented on the indication unit, the switches being switched in response to control commands. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability. 1 dwg
