FIELD: wheeled tractors and trailers; service life and operation tests. SUBSTANCE: first vehicle to be tested is installed on endless belts driven mechanically from transmission of second vehicle to be tested. Detachable obstacles are fixed on endless belts to simulate road bumps. Second vehicle under test is installed on running drums freely fitted on twin rolling supports. During tests units of both vehicles are loaded in turn with alternating loads. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of simulation of operating conditions of additional vehicle under test. 2 cl, 2 dwg
