SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes making zigzag passages in graft both in length and width when transplanting free complex graft based on pedicle, either coagulating walls of these passages or filling latter with allotissue, carrying out coagulation by passing direct current through metallic conductors inserted into these passages, administering trichloroacetic acid and using foot alloskin strips as allotissue.
