SUBSTANCE: sealed vertical cylindrical container 1 of chamber has a device for horizontal movement of the cover with weight compensator 13 and a chlorine degassing device made as a system of perforated pipelines 8 arranged in the cylindrical container 1 so as to form a vertical socket for the container being treated. Device for horizontal movement of cover with weight compensator has the form of an axle 1 provided with a torsional compression spring 14 installed in a sleeve 15 with one end of axle 16 being secured to cover 12 of container 1 while its other end is threaded for installation of control nut linked with the drive.
