FIELD: foundry practice. SUBSTANCE: the operating principle is based on controlling the composition of the lubricant depending on the effort needed to eject the casting and the density of the withdrawn casting. A lubricant of controlled composition provides for stabilizing the technique of removing the casting and improving its quality owing to a reduced porosity. A simultaneous control of the gap between the mould halves prevents the splashing of metal from the mould. EFFECT: improved quality of castings. 2 cl, 2 dwg
