FIELD: wood-working. SUBSTANCE: aspen chips are crushed by machine tool DS-3 and dried to moisture content of 2-3%. Introduced into outer layers 12.0% of binder and 9.5% of binder in middle layer. Ammonium chloride is used as hardening agent. Hot pressing is carried out at 160 C and pressure of 25 MPa for 8 min. Plates are unloaded from hot press together with bottom plates and placed to heat-isolated chamber where they are stacked together with bottom plate. Stacks are held in position for 9-18 min. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
