FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: placed in air distributor housing 1 are movable partition 2, brake main line 18, piston 19 with rod 20 and spring 21. Partition 2 separating main space 4 and working space 5 is secured in hollow sleeve 3. Inlet valve 9 with spring 10 arranged in hollow sleeve has seat 11 and seat 13. Seat 11 limits charging hole 12. Seat 13 is shunted by throttling hole 14. Valve 15 separates main space 4 from space 22 and additional reduction chamber 23 of brake main line. Outlet valve 17 is installed in brake space 24 which is coupled with brake chamber 25. Inlet hole 27 made in rod 18 is overlapped by valve 9. Piston 19 separates space 29 from space 30. Space 29 communicates with chamber 23, and space 30, with atmosphere. With inlet valve 9 open, sleeve 3 thrusts against valve 15 under action of spring 10. Size of cross-section of throttling hole 14 sets rate of pressure rise in brake main line which makes movable partition 2 displace. Relationships of efforts of springs 10, 16, 21, values of areas of piston 19, valves 15, 17, cross sections of rods 18 and 20, and pressures in brake main line, working chamber 8 and brake chamber 25 are described by equations given in description of invention.
