FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: steel has additionally zirconium, tungsten, and nitrogen at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: carbon 0.08-0.14; silicon 0.17-0.37; manganese 0.4-0.8; chrome 0.5-0.9; nickel 2.5-2.9; molybdenum 0.25-0.35; copper 0.5-0.9; vanadium 0.01-0.1; tungsten 0.005-0.01; aluminium 0.01-0.028; nitrogen 0.009-0.015; zirconium 0.002-0.012, and iron - the rest. Steel shows enhanced durability, prevention tendency for cyclic rupture at low temperature below -70 C. EFFECT: enhanced quality of steel, improved technology of welded construction making. 1 tbl
