SUBSTANCE: method includes driving of pneumocompensation working isolated from water reservoir and stoping space in stoping chamber over contact with overlying rocks; washing-out of mineral by gas-fluid jets in air medium by forming temporary bearing pillar in chamber center. Bottom of stoping chamber is made in form of triangular pyramids contacting each other with their ribs. Installed on line of rib contacts are additional mining hydraulic giants for delivery of useful component to receiving chamber of hole unit. EFFECT: higher efficiency of mining of underwater deposits due to washing out of mineral in air medium and prevented penetration of water influx from water reservoir into stoping chamber. 2 cl, 3 dwg
