FIELD: ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: discharging device has cheeks, sprockets between which rotors are arranged. Rotors are provided with blades in form of two cones whose larger bases are connected in center. Device is also provided with receiving hoppers and bypass chutes for spillage. Smaller bases of rotor cones are made to diameter of sprocket hub or less than they and are rigidly connected with them. Rotor with blades is located inside cones of sprockets at clearance between edges of sprocket spokes and ends of blades for passage of spillage on lower internal walls of cones of sprockets and into their ports formed by spokes.
