FIELD: microwave measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has digital microwave signal amplifying unit 5, level comparator unit 9, automatic control circuit 10 for digital amplifying unit. Output of ratio meter 7 is connected to one input of comparator unit 9 and its other inputs are supplied with reference voltages affording different comparative levels. Digital microwave signal amplifying unit introduced in meter functional proportionally to measured common-mode rejection ratio and enables maintenance of signal across microwave output higher than low level of detection and also provides for maintaining desired signal-to-noise ratio. Meter also has sweep-frequency generator 1, incident and transmitted wave detectors 4 and 6, respectively, oscilloscope 8, digital display 11, and reference-voltage source 12.
