FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: device to test T codes has control unit, counter 2, units 3-6 of computation of logic functions, AND gates 7-10 and OR gates 11, 12. Package-variable form os controlled by device by decoding of states of counter 2 which counts numbers of ones and zeroes in structural groups of successive combinations. Device detects all asymmetric and all single errors (errors of higher multiplicity are registered practically equiprobably), diagnoses errors with high precision and determines their character (1-0 or 0-1). Invention makes it possible to develop failure-proof computer equipment and to provide for high authenticity of information processing. EFFECT: increased authenticity of information processing. 4 dwg
