FIELD: production of synthetic detergents. SUBSTANCE: device has case provided with branch pipe for introducing air with additives, jacket provided with tangential branch pipe for introducing cooling agent disposed from outside the case; there are slots with flangings at the level of the pipe; load branch pipe is aligned with the case and made in form of diverging-converging tube at its lower part. Slots are made at point where converging tube is connected with diverging tube. Branch pipe is provided with insertion aligned in the branch pipe. Insertion is made in form of cylindrical pipe with converging tube. Cylindrical part of the branch pipe is disposed inside cavity of diverging tube. Lower part of converging tube of the insertion is disposed at the level of branch pipe for introduction of cooling agent. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
