FIELD: manufacturing process control devices. SUBSTANCE: device has belt conveyors 1, 5, and elevator 3 with drives 2, 6, and 4, and revolution speed transducers 16, 17, and 18, and guard transducers 19, 21, and 20 correspondingly. Local control panels 22, 23, and 24 for drives 2, 4, and 6 are installed adjacent to proper drives. Middle level transducer 10, and lower level transducer 11 are installed in intermediate hopper 7 with feeder 8 and feeder close position transducer 14 and feeder open position transducer 15. Upper level transducer 12 and middle level transducer 13 are installed in flow hopper 9. The device has also mode select switch 25, "Start" button 26 and "Stop" button 27, feeder drive starter 29, starter 30 of siren 31, flow readiness unit 32, program unit 33, control and emergency units 34 - 36, thyristor commutators 37 - 39 of drives 2, 4, and 6, and power supply unit. EFFECT: device allows one to perform automatic and manual start-up and shutdown of transport flow according to preset algorithm, avoiding heaping up process equipment, no-load operation of mechanisms, and idling in flow start in the case of unreadiness of electric equipment and loss of operation readiness of process equipment; the device allows one to detect point of start prohibition, widely diagnose causes of drive off, reveal faults or deviations from process mode of operation; the device increases reliability and broadens operational opportunities of process equipment. 7 dwg
