FIELD: sewage treatment. SUBSTANCE: method of sewage sediments treatment of type "oil-water" involves preliminary treatment of sewage sediment with gaseous carbon dioxide. Precipitate is separated from the aqueous and petroleum phases by centrifugation, then basic extraction of precipitate is carried out with gaseous carbon dioxide at 35-90 C, under pressure 100-350 bars, at pH 4.4-6.5. Method ensures to increase degree of oil removing from the sediment up to 70.4 wt.-% with regard to mass of the parent oil content and decrease sediment mass.
