FIELD: mechanical processing of fibrous materials. SUBSTANCE: device has case 1, nozzles 2 disposed inside the case and resonators mounted in cantilever. The resonators are made in form of plates 3 with the same resistances. Device also has fixing elements. Part of plate-resonator adjoining to restrain area increases the total length by 10-15 mm and is made with increased thickness which is equal or larger than normal thickness part by two times as many. There is a smooth transition to deformed part of the plate. EFFECT: improved precision; improved efficiency. 1 dwg
