In order to simplify the structure the assembly for fixing the milling cutters is made in the form of pins made of readily destructible material and fixed in the shell and in the milling cutters and fingers fixed in the milling cutters. The finger ends are located in the grooves made on the lateral surface of the shell. Through radial channels are made in the shell and in the milling cutters. The channel axles coincide at the maximum angle of the cutter turn on the shell. EFFECT: simpler design. 4 dwg
