Mounted on frame 4 are hemispherical sensitive members 7 and 8 of zenith and horizontal angles, respectively. Arresting levers 10 with grips 11 are attached to frame 4 and kinematically connected by means of spring-loaded tie-rods 12 with rod 5. Rod has limited axial motion relative to body 1.
