FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: pump is in communication with an actuator through the delivery line. A line with controlled valving unit and dispergator connected in series is coupled with the outlet of the pump. The dispergator is in communication with the outlet of a tank. A valve having electromagnetic control is connected in hydraulic line upstream of the valving unit. The unit is made as a reducing valve. The dispergator is made as a hydraulic motor. The hydraulic motor is hydraulically and mechanically coupled with a spring unit. The unit is constructed as a spring of solid winding which is mounted in bearing support within a bent pipe-shaped housing. An electromagnetic filter is interposed between the dispergator and tank. The outlet of a settler of the filter is coupled with a tank-accumulator through an electrically controlled valve. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
