FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: fixed disk 2 and movable disk 3 are mounted on shaft 1. The movable disk can rotate and move axially. Bushing 5 is coupled with disk 3 through face cams with working surfaces inclined to the axis of the sheave. Sleeve 8 is secured to the face of shaft 1 and coupled with bushing 7 through the face cams. Bushing 7 is coupled with bushing 5 in periphery direction through guide key 6. Spring 9 is interposed between bushings 5,7. Spring 12 is interposed between disk 3 and bushing 5. The device is provided with arrester of rotation of disk 3 constructed as projection 10, which is secured to disk 3, and corner groove 11 which is made over periphery diameter of sleeve 8.
