FIELD: communication technology. SUBSTANCE: electric circuit formed between two wires of any line and electric "earth" is used as two-sided channel for transmitting additional information at sections of wire broadcasting line concluding ducts for transmitting control signal being available. Basic lines of broadcasting signals are used for interval between transformed substation of wire broadcasting and user of wire broadcasting. Ancillary control line available is used between transformer substation of wire broadcasting and central station of wire broadcasting. System has central station of wire broadcasting 1, program feeding line 2, duct feeders 3, distributing feeders 4, user lines 5, amplifiers 6, feeder transformers 7, transformer substations 8, user transformers 9, two-wire connecting lines 10, restricting resistors 11, user jacks 12, user receivers 13, user additional information transceivers 14, units 15 for connecting common transceivers, collection and processing units 17, conjugation units 18, user's transformers traversal units 19. System provides good separation of signals of transformer substations and signals of additional information without mutual noises due to the fact that the signals pass through different circuits: signals of transformer substation pass through physical circuits of two-wire lines and additional information signals pass through the circuit - two wires-earth. Influence of signals of users one to another is eliminated by using address codes of users and by means of application of time and frequency separation of signals.
