FIELD: gas flame spraying of coatings. SUBSTANCE: space of gas mixing device is divided into chambers by porous partitions arranged in tandem in axial direction. First chamber formed by inner end face housing of gas mixing device and first partition in direction of gas flow communicates with fuel feed channel. Chamber between first and second porous partitions communicates, through injector, with first chamber and oxidizer feed channel. Last chamber formed between porous partition and end face of insert communicates with insert chamber through channels in insert. Permeability of first partition in direction of gas flow is less than of following partitions. EFFECT: enhanced quality of mixing of working gases and reliability of operation of torch. 2 dwg
