FIELD: electron-beam welding of workpieces with joints of large thicknesses of configuration sections. SUBSTANCE: the unit has a vacuum chamber accommodating a table. The table uses mechanisms for motion in three coordinate systems (5, 6, 7), main and auxiliary angular correction mechanisms 8, 9, respectively. Each angular correction mechanism has curved guides. The center of the radius of curvature of mechanism 8 extends in the axis of electron gun 2. The axis of the curved guides of mechanism 9 is perpendicular to the axis of the curved guides of mechanism 8. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 2 cl, 2 dwg
