SUBSTANCE: rubber mixture has, mas. p.: chlorobutylrubber 100; stearic acid 2.5-3.5; sulfur 1.8-2.2; tetramethylthiuram disulfide 1.1-1.5; technical carbon with specific geometric surface 90-110 m2/g/g 40-60; molybdenum disulfide 7-20, and 2-mercaptoimidazoline 0.5-0.8. Rubber properties: tensile strength is 18.3-21.6 MPa, modulus at 100% elongation is 2.4-3.5 MPa, relative elongation is 500-600%, residual elongation is 10-16% , hardness is 65-70 U Shor A, resistance to repeated tensile at ε=0,4 εp is 885000-970000 cycles; after ageing (125 C, 5 days) tensile strength is 79-88% of parent value, relative elongation is 93-98% of parent value.
