FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method of preparing of bacterial extracellular lectin from cultural fluid Bacillus medentericus 316M is proposed. Method involves lectin isolation in the process of technological stage of enzyme preparation of elastolytic action. Preparation is prepared from a mixture of cultural fluid flows after sorption of elastoterase on carboxylic cationite by precipitation with ammonium sulfate.
