SUBSTANCE: turbomachine has housing with intake and exhaust branch pipes and vortex chamber, working wheel with disk on whose inner surface blades are located; housing is provided with centrifugal spiral-shaped swirler with open working passages on side of vortex chamber; open blades of working wheel embrace side opposite to swirler and peripheral side of vortex chamber; exhaust branch pipe is axial and intake branch pipe is circular; intake branch pipe embraces exhaust branch pipe; central portion of vortex chamber is partially bounded by outer surface of exhaust branch pipe and end surface of intake branch pipe.
