FIELD: handling liquid media. SUBSTANCE: central and peripheral circular steam nozzles are mounted coaxially relative to mixing chamber forming liquid circular nozzles with this chamber. Peripheral nozzle is shifted towards mixing chamber inlet relative to central nozzle; mixing chamber is provided with bypass passages equipped with bypass valves with whose help mixing chamber is brought in communication with discharge branch pipe. Ratio of outlet section area of liquid nozzle concentric to central nozzle to cross section area of minimum passage area of mixing chamber is less than 3.25 or equal to or more than 0.1.
