FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: one end of housing is rigidly secured to partition. Tubular intake member provided with seat is secured on other end of housing. Shut-off member is connected with rod of drive running through partition. Control system is arranged on the side opposite to the housing. Intake pipe passes through partition and connects control system with interior of the intake member. Exhaust pipe passes through partition and is located outside the housing and intake member. Seat on the intake member is made on side of housing. Intake member is so mounted relative to housing that exhaust clearance is formed between seat and housing. Shut-off member is arranged inside housing for intersecting this clearance during its motion. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 7 cl, 2 dwg
