FIELD: sewing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus to make material uniform setting has mean to make material uniform setting before its permanent fixation, and mean to give value of setting. Mean to make material uniform setting is made as flexible tape with fixed on it needles and mechanism to pin material on needles of flexible tape. Flexible tape has tips with grooves. Mechanism to pin material on needles of flexible tape has pressing plate with rows of grooves for needles passing. Pressing plate has stops to orient mechanism in pinning process. Mean to give value of setting is made in the form of base with located on it movable and fixed limiters. Base has scale, that faces movable limiter, and stops to determine zones of setting and to orient mechanism to pin material. To make required stretching of flexible tape fixed and movable limiters are made with capability to be engaged with grooves of its tips. EFFECT: apparatus is used in sewing industry. 5 cl, 4 dwg
