Mounted on base 3 are outer cone 12 and its bearing sphere 10 together with inner cone 8 having unbalanced vibrator mounted on it. Cone 8 is affixed on base 3 through V-shaped winch 6 having discharge windows arranged around it. Outer cone 12 has feed spout 13. The cone is disposed so as to rest on bearing sphere 10 which is located relative to base 3 through V-shaped winch 9. Cone 12 has three-phase motor stator 14 affixed to its lower section. The stator comprises additional bias rotor 17 which is disposed in ring guides arranged on rolling members and carries two equal blocks 18 held regulator slots.
