DC VOLTAGE STABILIZER Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

Abstract RU 2028657 C1

FIELD: secondary power supply sources. SUBSTANCE: device has series control transistor 1, DC transistor amplifier 2, output voltage resistive divider 3 and reference voltage source 4 built around current limiting resistor 5 and voltage stabilizing diode 6 connected by in series circuit between base circuit of transistor 1 and common bus, transistor 7 and two resistors 8, 9 connected by in series circuit between input terminal connected with emitter of transistor 1 and output of amplifier 2. Point of connected of resistors 8, 9 is connected to base of transistor 7 whose emitter is connected with input terminal, and collector, with base circuit of transistor 1 into which third resistor 11 can be placed. Such circuit makes it possible to dispense with additional current to control transistor 1. EFFECT: increased efficiency of device. 3 cl, 1 dwg
