FIELD: agriculture; mechanization of irrigation. SUBSTANCE: pulsed sprinkler has sprinkling nozzle, shutoff member 2, water-air tank 3, ball-shaped flexible diaphragm 5, flanged seal 7 and pressure flange 8, valve 12 with hollow rod 13 with slots 17 and 18 in upper and lower parts of wall. Underpiston space 21 is formed by walls of housing 11 of shutoff member 2 and hollow rod 13 and is placed in communication with supply system. At end of water spilling out, diaphragm 5 thrusts with its central part against rod 13 and, pressing on valve 12, closes seat in housing 11 only after complete ejection of accumulated amount of water from space 20 of water-air tank 3.
