FIELD: mineral concentration. SUBSTANCE: initial material is ground and classified. Ground initial material is subjected to magnetic separation to produce magnetic product and tailings. Magnetic product is classified in hydraulic cyclone into sands and overflow. Sands are ground and separated into coarse and fine fractions. Coarse fraction is combined with magnetic product. Overflow is directed to magnetic separation for obtaining intermediate product and tailings. Intermediate product is classified in hydraulic cyclone into overflow and sands. Over flow is subjected to magnetic separation to produce concentrate and tailings. Sands are ground and combined with intermediate product. Fine fraction is combined with sands.
