FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: drive shaft 2 is brought into rotation. When ring 11 is rotated its magnets interact with those of ring 9 and the magnets of the contrary face end of ring 11 interact with those of ring 10. As a result of interaction of the magnets of rings 9, 10 and 11 a force appears which takes striker 7 away from anvil 4 compressing spring 8 resulting in raising the striker. During the consequent rotation of spindle 3 the interacting force between the magnets changes its direction for the contrary one. As a result the striker picks up speed in the direction of anvil 4 and hits it. The packing can be used when boring holes. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
