FIELD: means of transportation. SUBSTANCE: muscular drive has driving axle with two eccentrics whose axes are in one plane with axle at different sides from the latter. Driving axle is rigidly coupled with wheels. Other axle with similar eccentrics is installed in parallel with driving axle for turning on frame. Ends of flexible tie wound in opposite directions are secured on this axle. Flexible tie is reeved through sheave. Handles are fastened on tie at both sides of sheave. Fitted on eccentrics for rotation are bushings of different axles coupled in pairs by flexible ties, each passing through device which controls trajectory of motion towards plane in which axes of rotation of both axles lie. Device is made, for instance, in form of two sheaves arranged in one plane and engaged with one flexible tie. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 dwg
