FIELD: manufacture of constructional materials. SUBSTANCE: object of this invention is manufacture of wall components characterized by substantial durability and resistance to cold owing to fluidity of ash-clay suspension. This process includes such steps as concentration of ash, admixing it with clay to produce ash-clay suspension, dehydrating ash-clay suspension to molding water content, molding, drying and roasting. This process prescribes that ash suspension be thickened to moisture content of 55 to 65 % and then admixed with clay to be taken in amount of 20 to 45 percent by mass of ash-clay admixture. Physical-mechanical properties of end product are as follows. Compressing strength: 129 to 206 kg/sq. cm. Resistance to cold: 25 to 50 cycles. EFFECT: excellent properties of desired product. 2 tbl
