FIELD: gas and oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: device has mandrel carrying levers with jaws on lower arms. Upper arms of levers in extreme lower position of slips interact together with slip grip spring with mandrel. Jaws of lower arms are engaged with mandrel projection. When setting the packer lever upper arms interact with bushing pusher to relieve lever lower arms from interaction with mandrel to ensure holding-down of packer device in wellbore by means of slips. EFFECT: higher reliability of operation due to prevention of premature wear of grip. 3 dwg
