FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: presence of methane in concentration more than 5% by volume in ambient air makes threshold operate to produce gas overload signal on digital indicator which is sustained until ventilation of device. Simultaneously with indication of digital indicator the light-audible alarm operates. After disconnection of threshold, time relay operates to delay disconnection of gas overload signal to ensure reliable notice of signal. Availability of novel members and connection between them prevent erroneous readings and increase accuracy of evaluation of gas situation danger in mine. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
