FIELD: fan engineering. SUBSTANCE: longitudinal slots with crosspieces 7 and lateral cuts between them are made in metal belt 5. After that the belt is cut into separated parts having the length equal to periphery of the housing shell. The shell is made up of the part by rolling. After the rolling, sections 10 of the housing shell between longitudinal slots 6 and lateral cuts 8 are stamped to form blades. The blades are bent in cross-piece 7 locations in the direction of the shell axis up to abutting against its inner surface. EFFECT: simplified method and decreased metal usage. 7 dwg
