The collar is engaged with working surface of cam 5 and teeth of the central wheel. A plane, which interacts with one of the faces of bushing 9, is made on the surface of each ball 6 perpendicular to the generatrix of the cylindrical collar. When driving shaft 4 rotates under the action of ball 6 on cam 5, central wheel 2 and race 7, driven shaft 8 rotates. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
