FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: transducer has ferromagnetic stator with slots on its internal surface and double-pole ferromagnetic rotor with pole arc length T. Field winding is placed in diametrically opposite pair of slots and its other pair of slots spaced through angle γ from the former accommodate output winding. By varying angle g and pole arc length T we can obtain output characteristics of transducer in the form of symmetrical triangular curve, sawtooth curve with dead zone G, or trapezoidal shape with desired length B of flat horizontal section as function of angle of turn.
