SUBSTANCE: two-phase check-up of conversion and monitoring step is implemented in device by comparing reference signal Uэт= Uр.о- ΔU , passed through channel with reference voltage simulating high and low boundary values Uв and Uн, respectively, which reference signal can assume at maximum permissible absolute error. Device dispenses with reference monitoring voltage source and switch which are replaced by simpler components: AND gate and NOT gate.
