FIELD: automatic control facilities. SUBSTANCE: temperature control device has heater, temperature sensor and setting element, analog-to-digital unit and clock generator. Control unit has power level setting element, flip-flop, coincidence gate, and two division channels. One of channels has constant division ratio. Second channel with variable division ratio has two series- connected variable-ratio dividers. First divider is connected to output of difference code converter and second one, to power level setting element. Inputs of both channels are connected to clock generator and their outputs, to input of RS flip-flop. Flip-flop output is connected to one of inputs of coincidence gate and second input of the latter is connected to adder output; output of coincidence gate is connected to control switch. EFFECT: reduced warm-up period and improved heating accuracy; provision for heating power control to obtain different temperature conditions with high accuracy of desired temperature maintenance. 1 dwg
