The system is characterized in that the possibility of asynchronously performing control and computing algorithms realized according to different versions is provided, rapid tracking of the "pace" and correctness of performance of problems by channels and rejection on this basis of failed channels are carried out, furthermore the possibility of recovery of the state of computing units after failure, the possibility of obtaining reliable solution at two non-crossing failures or failure of one of the the computing units and the operation in a single-channel configuration are provided.
