FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: metal possessing transformation induced plasticity is used for manufacturing centering springs of electron-optic structure. Shape of curvature of centering springs is introduced in metal memory by using known procedure and prior to placing structure in CRT neck, centering springs are bent to obtain linear shape and to provide clearance between spring bulges and inner surface of neck with conducting coating. Upon alignment and prior to fixing the structure, centering springs are locally heated to temperature ensuring recovery of metal form till bending which was introduced in its memory. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 2 dwg
