FIELD: concentration of minerals. SUBSTANCE: method involves generating reciprocating oscillations in bath by means of driving mechanism, with the frequency of 60-90 min-1 and amplitude of 40-120 mm and creating directed air flow in lower part of fluid bed by forcing air flow through inclined V-shaped grid. Apparatus has bath with working part having material separating section, where V-shaped grid with corrugations inclined at an angle of 30-75 deg. is positioned. Corrugation spacing is within the range of 3-6 cm. Bath has section for discharging sunk fractions. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation.
