FIELD: conversion equipment. SUBSTANCE: independent current inverter has three-phase thyristor bridge with cut-off diodes and commutating capacitors 13-18 coupled to points of connection of thyristors and diodes in accord with star circuit. Bridge is linked with A.C. leads-out to circuit of three-phase load directly or via transformer. Two capacitors 19,20 coupled in series are connected to zero points of anode and cathode groups of commutating capacitors and are linked with common point to zero lead-put of load or to zero lead-out of primary winding of transformer. EFFECT: improved provision for commutation voltage considerably higher than applied one. 2 dwg
