FIELD: dust control devices. SUBSTANCE: aspiration funnel consists of housing 1 made in form of truncated regular pyramid to whose lesser base branch pipe 2 is connected; placed inside housing 1 is pyramidal insert 3 forming suction slot 4. Generatrix of each side of insert 3 is made by curve described by definite equation. Such form of curve provides for smooth continuous flow of air in clearance between housing and insert which reduced hydraulic resistance of device and makes it possible to ensure smooth change from suction slot to branch pipe at any ratio of areas of suction slot and branch pipe. EFFECT: extended field of application and reduced hydraulic resistance. 2 dwg
